Welcome to Public Authority Services by Sourcewise Class Registration Portal!

Available only to Santa Clara County IHSS Independent Providers, register for FREE classes using this portal.
  • The spring semester takes place between February and May. The fall semester takes place between September and December.
If this is your first time logging into this portal, watch the tutorial video from the Public Authority Services training webpage to learn how to gain access to the account that already exists for you.

Every provider registering for classes online must have a unique email address. If you share an email address with other providers to access online timesheets, you will not be able to use the online class registration system. 
    • To register for classes, select the current semester below to view all available classes. You can also narrow your search by choosing your preferred language and/or location (class type).
    • Providers may register for up to 9 classes each semester. If desired, care providers can retake classes every 3 years, or every 2 years for CPR and First Aid.
    • Duplicate registrations will be cancelled. Providers can only be registered for a class once within the above timeframes.
    • When you have selected all the classes you wish to register for, click the cart icon near the top of the screen.
