Remember the fun of tearing, cutting, and pasting papers when we were younger? The art of collage allows us to explore that adventurous journey again, and follow our muse wherever it may lead. No experience is necessary - just a sense of freedom to play with the materials and see where they take you. Using found papers, magazines, book pages, photos, etc., we will create a unique and personal piece of art. No need to fret if it’s “right or wrong” - it will just be fun! Focusing on the creative process, we will learn essential composition, color, and adhesive techniques, and explore textures created in a variety of ways.
Come and join us for a stressless, relaxed, no-rules artistic adventure!
