Foundations of Small-Scale Narrative Animal Painting with Katie Ward

Class | Available

This full-day session introduces foundational techniques for expressive animal painting in acrylic. Working on smaller canvases, students will focus on form, light, color layering, and simple narrative detail.  Participants will complete small studies and make strong progress on a final piece while building technical confidence.  Personal reference images are welcome. A smartphone or tablet is encouraged for composition planning. Works in progress may be brought to future workshops for refinement.

All materials provided.

Confident beginners and intermediate painters welcome.
