Learn a fun and unique way to showcase the natural beauty in foods while bringing the ultimate wow factor to the next time you host friends or family this summer!  Join Claire (founder of Sliced Chicago Charcuterie and a Frankfort native at heart) and learn how to create a delicious display of charcuterie and cheeses that can easily be recreated for your next gathering!  We will leave with a custom artisan-made mixed-wood cutting board loaded with artisanal cheeses, meats, and more – all expertly arranged with our new skills!

Claire Murray Turner, former owner/founder and chief flavorist of Sliced Chicago Charcuterie has been obsessed with creating beautifully delicious spreads since she was young. She couldn't get enough of the artistry that went into preparing meals for her family and friends.  She originally launched Sliced to combine her passions for hospitality, food artistry, event planning, community building, and friendships that come from sharing a delicious meal with people. While she has changed careers to early childhood education, she continues to share her passion for beautiful and artistic charcuterie.  Her workshops are always full of fun, creativity, and delicious flavors - and they sell out quickly!
