Class Description and Supply List: Junk Drawer Art - Repurposed Art Assemblage Workshop w/ Julie White, Robin Pearson, & Debbie Sparks
Class | Available
How many of us have drawers full of junk that we can’t bear to part with because, “It might be useful some day!”? These three ladies have all mastered the art of assembling this formerly useless stuff into art! Spend a fun and creative afternoon with these fun-loving artists while they help you reach the pinnacle of your artistic career by visualizing, assembling, and finishing some “priceless” art. Whether your resulting work will fetch millions at Sotheby’s or not, you’ll have fun, make some new friends, and, at the very least, empty out that junk drawer!
We’ll provide tools, wire, glue/epoxy, and piles of our own collected doo-dads to choose from.
But please feel free to bring along old hinges, single earrings, springs, broken umbrellas/lamp shades/sunglasses, and all of those leftover allen wrenches from your IKEA “some-assembly-required” kits.
