Torched Fired Enamels
Workshop | Registration opens 5/12/2026 10:00 AM CDT
This workshop addresses the fundamental skills needed to begin creating beautiful surface designs on copper using glass enamel powders and a jewelers torch. For those new to the technique, enamel is a durable coating of melted glass fused to the surface of metal. Together we will explore methods used to design, decorate, and embellish copper jewelry to create stunning works of art that can be worn.
ESSA works closely with our instructors to establish accurate material prices; however, due to the volatility of the metals market, prices may have increased. It is possible that additional material fees may be owed at the time of the workshop. If this is the case, ESSA will provide students with as much notice as possible, and no later than two weeks before the workshop.
