Minimum Age: Students must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for participation in a workshop.

Refund and Cancellation: Except for a non-refundable $95.00 deposit / registration fee per workshop, tuition payment is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by phone or email 30 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. If cancellation occurs within the 30-day period leading up to a workshop, no refunds may be offered. ESSA will not issue refunds to students withdrawing after a class has begun.

Gifting Workshops: If you would like to purchase a workshop registration for someone who is not your account (how kind of you!), please contact us at 479-253-5384 and we will assist you!

Workshop Scheduling: If workshops do not have adequate enrollment 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start date, they may be cancelled or rescheduled for a future session.
