(This course is a full repeat of an earlier ILR course primarily intended for those unable to previously attend. ) This 3 session course will be a journey through the vibrant history of rock ‘n roll from the 1950s to the early 1970s. It will present many filmed performances of the time tracking the music form’s growth and evolution together with insights into its origins and performer backgrounds. It will be an entertaining look back at the often-joyful and culturally impactful music form that defined our generation.
