Model-Based Simulation & Requirement Verification with SysML & MATLAB/Simulink
Class | Available
Learn how to connect SysML system models with MATLAB and Simulink to execute simulations, automate requirement verification, and maintain end-to-end traceability. Using CATIA Magic and Magic Model Analyst, participants will configure and run simulations directly from SysML models, integrate external analysis tools, and verify requirements using simulation results. Through hands-on exercises, students build workflows they can apply to model-based systems engineering programs.
This course is offered through a collaboration between Studio SE and Colorado State University, combining industry best practices with university expertise in model-based systems engineering.
- This course uses CATIA Magic 2026x with Magic Model Analyst/Simulation Toolkit and MATLAB/Simulink R2025b. These must be installed and functionally verified on your computer prior to the course.
This is a fast paced course, requiring learners to actively model alongside the instructor. Learners should have at least two screens available - one for watching the instructor and one for the model environment. We also recommend using an ancillary mouse rather than relying on a laptop trackpad.
Please make sure that your audio works on your computer prior to the course.
