FACETING II: RUBIES, SAPPHIRE & TOPAZ – OH MY!

This course continues your faceting skill development. In this class you will learn to facet (Hard) high MOH’s stones like Rubies, Sapphires, Topaz, CZ and Alexandrite. This class is for more experienced faceters. Consequently, you will learn to use Batt Laps, diamond pastes and powders. Also you will learn to use the special techniques to facet Rubies, Sapphires, Topaz, CZ and Alexandrite rough into gems. #Rudy, #Sapphire, #Topaz, #Diamond pastes

Growing up, I went into mines and collected stones with my mother and Father. Later in life I started faceting and making jewelry. In 2018, I discovered the William Holland School and took courses in faceting and jewelry making. I was hooked. I explored and enjoyed doing Sapphires and Rubies in 2019.
