SILVER II: JEWELRY WITH SOMETHING TO SAY
INSTRUCTOR: KIM ST. JEAN

Not all pieces this week must contain words, the focus is stamping and creating components to be applied to your jewelry in layers. All silver used in class will be purchased from the instructor at fair market value at the time of class. Estimated cost including class fee is $250- $350.
Class Fee: $150
Estimated Materials Fee including Class Fee: $250 - $350
Prerequisites: To succeed in this class, you need to have practical experience in silver soldering. By this I mean, you should have a clear understanding of how silver soldering is done. You should be familiar with the terminology and basic techniques i.e. soldering a bezel, soldering a jumpring, and sweat soldering. You need to have some practical experience; you have made sterling silver jewelry outside of your silver 1 class or have taken multiple silver 1 classes. I fear you will find this Silver 2 class overwhelming if you do not have enough experience. If you do not meet this criterion, you may consider my silver 1 classes or Silver 1.5 Intensive classes. You will have a much more enjoyable time and receive the help and instruction that you need to ready you for a Silver 2 class.
