FLAME PAINTING ON COPPER I
INSTRUCTOR: ANNE CONRAD
In Flame Painting on Copper I students will acquire the basic knowledge and foundational techniques needed to “Paint” on Copper using a Victor J40 torch. Flame “Paintings” are created with a sequential range of beautiful colors that can be predicted and reproduced. Experience using a torch is helpful but not necessary. With some patience and the time allowed for practice in class you will create remarkable pieces of wearable and displayable art. Project materials are included in the lab fee and are paid directly to your instructor in class. For projects outside the defined curriculum, copper wire and copper sheet goods will be available for purchase.
Class Fee: $200
Prerequisite: None
