FLAME PAINTING ON COPPER
INSTRUCTOR: BOB HOHN
If you have ever tried to create a Heat Patina on copper, you will find it very hard to duplicate color pattern from one copper plate to another. In this class we will learn to use a Victor J40 Torch to control color changes and patterns on copper, with somewhat consistent results. This class will take a bit of finesse and it will test your abilities, but with the amount of practice time given, you will enjoy the beautiful results. Prior use of a torch will be helpful, but not absolutely necessary. Project materials will be included in the lab fee. Additional Copper Wire and sheet goods will be available for purchase.
Class Fee: $125
Est Materials Fee: $0+
Prerequisite: None
