CHAIN III
INSTRUCTOR: NANCY BRICKNER
Chains are beautiful either as a stand-alone or as an enhancement to a beautiful pendant.
In this class you will learn how to fuse Fine Silver. You will then manipulate the links to prepare them to weave. I bring all the tools for the class. We will be using a propane torch. This class is a good class to take to improve your torch skills. We will work on a few chains together and then you can choose from many patterns. You may even have time to design your own chain.
I will show you how to set up a chain station at home inexpensively.
The class fee includes a notebook with the patterns, solder block, and a few other goodies that help in your chain journey.
You need to bring your own Opti Visor.
Class fee: $55
Est materials Fee: $250-$400
Prerequisite: Comfortable with a torch and some chain experience is helpful.
