FACETING II: RUBIES, SAPPHIRE & TOPAZ – OH MY!

INSTRUCTOR: JOHN ELLIOTT

This course will help develop and expand your faceting skills. You will learn to facet high MOH’s stones. This class is for the more experienced faceter. We will help you continue your skill development. We will use Batt Laps, diamond pastes, and special laps to facet rubies, sapphires, topaz, and alexandrite lab created rough into gems.

Growing up and I went into mines and collected stones with my mother and Father. Later in life I started faceting and making jewelry. In 2018, I discovered the William Holland School and took courses in faceting and jewelry making. I was hooked. I explored and enjoyed doing Sapphires and Rubies in 2019.
