PROGRAMMAZIONE DIDATTICA DEL CORSO
SITUAZIONE DI PARTENZA/STARTING POINT: This course is a continuation of Beginners 1 (A1). It goes further in grammar to cover modal verbs, past tense, reflexive verbs, possessive adjectives, and improve your use of adjectives and prepositions. You will talk about daily routines and work schedules, holidays, the weather, travel, and accommodations. We will cover units 5-8 of your textbook, New Italian Espresso Beginner and Pre-intermediate.
OBIETTIVI/OBJECTIVES: At the end of the class, students will know how to express possession, talk about past events, and everyday activities, understand travel brochures, and ask for information about accommodations.
MATERIALE e ATTIVITÀ/MATERIALS & ACTIVITIES: New Italian Espresso Beginner and Pre-intermediate textbook and workbook (updated editions) by Alma Edizioni. Units 5-8. Italian Grammar in Practice Unit 1-14. Additional teaching materials (photocopies). Reading, speaking, writing and listening comprehension exercises, video, songs and role playing.
