The Full Educational Evaluation provides comprehensive testing, review of previous testing information, an extended online conference with the evaluator, and a full written report.

This evaluation is appropriate for adults who are 18 years old or older. The written report is a valuable tool that can be provided to schools for accommodations, such as an IEP or 504 Plan if the client is still in 12th grade. The report can also be provided to colleges and universities or work for assistance through their Disabilities Offices. We recommend contacting the school or college/university to ensure that they will take an educational diagnosis of dyslexia if the intention is to receive educational support.

Clients also find the report valuable for future referencing and documentation.

A $100 DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION OF THIS REGISTRATION. The balance of $975.00 is due upon scheduling a date with the Scheduling Coordinator.

Full evaluation time is an estimated 4-5 hours.

Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday (no weekends) and generally begin at 9:30 a.m. CST.

A separate date will be arranged for an online post-evaluation parent conference to gather additional information and discuss the findings. The maximum conference duration is 2 hours. (There is no additional cost for this conference.) The evaluator will arrange conference scheduling.

Please note that The Reading Center is a training institution, and your evaluation may be observed by an evaluator-in-training.
