F26-13 Living with AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Zoom | FULL (Membership Required)

This Zoom course will NOT be recorded.

We are all living with AI.  It is embedded in our lives via our devices.  It runs in our doctors' offices, banks, supermarkets, etc.  We must interact with it if we are to participate in our world.  It is not often we can opt out.  This course will  briefly touch on the development of AI and how far we have come in a short time.  We will examine whether developers care whether their AI applications are serving humanity or simply putting money in their pockets.  Have we lost control of AI? Rogue AI is starting to appear.  How do we regain control...or can we?  Soon our Amazon packages will be delivered by a robot in a self driving van.  Is this a future we want?  Let's talk!   Open for students who have a basic understanding of AI.
