Each week, bring a dish for others to taste, along with the recipe and the story behind it. We'll begin with Week 1: Appetizers-the perfect way to whet our appetites! Future themes will be chosen by the group, so come ready to share, savor, and discover new favorites. This course will be held at Annis' home, address to be provided after registration.
Annis Fusaris
Annis Fusaris is a retired registered nurse who was dubbed the "milk and cookie nurse" by her coworkers at a psychiatric facility. She understood that even something as simple as hunger-or being "hangry" -could become a source of psychological stress, and she made sure comfort and care were always part of her approach.
