You will be taught the techniques and processes used to create delicious, stylish and sustainable plant-based vegetarian food. She will share new recipes with easy-to-follow step-by-step directions, and run you through her techniques to minimize waste and cook with leftovers. This course will teach you the ancient knowledge that diet and health are intrinsically linked and how to put vegetables at the center of your table, and cook in a way which is both good for you and good for the planet.
Lois Procopion
Lois Procopion was born in New Britain, Connecticut. She received her BS Degree from CCSU. She retired as a Project Manager at Aetna Healthcare in 2014. For the past 48 years, Lois has been an active Justice of the Peace. She has been a gourmet cook for over 50 years and has won first prize in various local baking competitions.
