S25-30 Trust and Deception in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Zoom | Registration opens 3/3/2025 9:00 AM

This Zoom class will NOT be recorded.

In this course, we will examine how technology, and more specifically, Artificial Intelligence has changed our concept of trust and deception.  Are we less trusting and more skeptical when we are looking at our apps?  What do we trust? How has AI changed our narratives? Do we actually trust artifacts themselves, or are we trusting the companies that stand behind them? Are we fooled by scam texts and emails, deepfakes and pleas for help? It will be very interactive and flexible, building off of your interests.
