Minimum Age: Students must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for participation in a workshop.

Refund and Cancellation (Policy Update for 2026 Workshops): Except for a non-refundable $95.00 deposit / registration fee per workshop, tuition payment is refundable if notice of cancellation is received by phone or email 30 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. If cancellation occurs within the 30-day period leading up to a workshop, no refunds may be offered. ESSA will not issue refunds to students withdrawing after a class has begun.

• You are purchasing a workshop for someone not on your account. How nice of you! Office staff will complete the registration for you over the phone under the correct student account.

• You are registering multiple students.  With a quick call, office staff will ensure that there are multiple seats available in your desired workshop.

• You would like some help registering for a workshop. We are happy to help! Office staff are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
