PALS renewal course.

You must have a current PALS card.

The PALS Pretest is required to be completed and a print out brought to the class. The instructions and pass code for the pretest will be included in the confirmation email.

Pre-study is a must since this is a re-certification and new updates will be given along with testing. You must know the material prior to class.

  • BLS re-certification is offered at this class. To renew your BLS, select BLS as an additional item during your registration (in the books section of the registration process). The online portion is no longer needed for taking BLS in conjunction with an ACLS course. Your instructor will review the infant portion of BLS along with the adult portion that is already included in the ACLS curriculum. You will be required to take the BLS written test at the end of the class.
  • An PALS book (2015 guidelines) is required at the class. Please purchase a book if you do not have the current one.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION GUIDELINES NOW REQUIRES THAT THE ONLINE PRETEST IS COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE CLASS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CLASS.
  • YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE CLASS IF THIS IS NOT COMPLETED.
