  • You must bring the printed certificate from the online completion of the class. This will include your online test score. To view the online completion certificate you must complete the survey after the written test.
  • If you do not have a printer please take a picture of the completion certificate with you phone or other device.
  • BLS Keycode - this is included with the registration and will be sent to you in an email from the American Heart Association (this will be sent a maximum of 30 days prior to the class for early registrations).
