Students will learn additive and subtractive value techniques to learn how to render form and drapery and complete work to a finished piece. Students will draw a male and female clothed model working in 1 and 2week sessions, 3 hr. poses, to complete work to a finished piece. Instructor email: linderdesign@sprintmail.com.

Instructor -- Vandra Pentecost

BFA, Herron School of Art. Vandra is a conceptual figure artist, working in a variety of media and styles; her award-winning art has been exhibited in juried competitions regionally and internationally. She regularly attends the Thursday Herron Alumni Drawing Group figure sessions and monitors open studio life drawing sessions at the Art Center. She has created graphic designs, illustrations, and painted large-scale murals for commercial and residential sites throughout Indiana as co-owner of Linder Design. Required supplies for this program:
  • Additional materials will cost less than $25.
  • Students must bring their choice of media: medium to soft drawing pencils, charcoal & white chalk and white or gray paper or canvas.
